We had some ideas about the style we wanted and the kind of neighborhood we wanted to live in, and Diane respected those while also giving us advice on things we hadn't originally thought about before making up our mind. After we made the offer, Diane expertly guided us through the closing process, making it feel a lot less stressful than it could have been.
